How my journey began

With 30+ years of experience, my approach is strengths-based, culturally relevant and life affirming. Licensed in both New Jersey and New York, I've dedicated my life to bridging the gap between where my clients are and where they aspire to be. Through a blend of empathy, expertise, and evidence-based approaches, I provide a safe and nurturing environment for transformation. From presenting at national conferences to offering telehealth services and healing groups, I'm committed to making support accessible to all.

My doctorate is in clinical psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers. I completed a fellowship at Yale University Medical School in the Department of Psychiatry followed by work in the Department of Epidemiology, focusing on help-seeking behavior and personal, generational, and systems-induced inequities impacting health and mental health.
